Reducing carb intake and eating smaller meals is essential for people who experience post meal spikes.

Maintaining a blood sugar levels normal range can be challenging given all of the different things that can contribute to increasing blood sugar. Daily stresses, lifestyle and even nightly hormonal cycles can all play a role. Diligent monitoring, dietary and lifestyle changes are all essential to both preventing and managing blood sugar spikes. There are few quick fix solutions for when glucose levels fall greatly outside of normal blood sugar levels. Prevention is therefore the best method for maintaining a blood sugar levels normal range, and each case of the symptoms of high blood sugar coming about is indicative of changes that need that need to be considered in order to prevent their recurrence.
